At ShopTwiz, we want you to love what you purchase. If something isn’t right, we're here to help.
7-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return

Returns must be sent to the following address only after approval:

If your return is accepted:
- We’ll email you a return shipping label
- You'll receive clear instructions on how and where to send the package
⚠️ Note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive:
- A defective or damaged item
- The wrong product

Items Not Eligible for Return
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Fragile Products ( Acrylic Cutouts , Mirrors , Ceramic Items etc )
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Heavy Items ( Order Weight more then 2 Kgs )
- Sale or discounted items
If you're unsure about a product’s eligibility, please reach out to us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
To get a different item:
- Return the original product
- Place a new order once the return is approved
For EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery — no explanation required.
The item must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
