Delivery Charges

Shipping fees vary based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Seller’s shipping policy

The exact shipping charge will be displayed during checkout. Charges typically range from ₹70 to ₹800, and may be higher for bulk or heavy shipments. Some products come with Free Shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

Note: For certain categories, such as customized, fragile, or discounted items, Free Shipping may not apply.


Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines depend on:

  • Seller's location and product availability
  • Delivery destination
  • Courier partner availability and working days

Sellers typically ship products within the time mentioned on the product page. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Occasionally, delays may occur due to regional holidays or unforeseen logistics issues.


Estimated Delivery Date Variations

If the delivery date doesn’t match the 3-business day timeline, it may be due to:

  • Seller or courier holidays
  • Non-service days like Sundays
    In such cases, an extra day is added to the estimated delivery date.

No Hidden Charges

There are no hidden fees on ShopTwiz. Prices shown on the product page are final and all-inclusive (GST, VAT, etc.).
Delivery charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned before you complete your purchase.


Delivery Time Differences Between Sellers

Delivery timelines may vary for the same product from different sellers due to:

  • Product availability
  • Seller’s location
  • Destination pin code
  • Courier partner capabilities

Delivery Serviceability

Your location’s serviceability depends on:

  • Seller’s shipping preferences
  • Legal restrictions on certain product deliveries
  • Availability of courier partners in your area

If a product can't be delivered to your location, you will be informed at checkout.


Cash on Delivery (CoD) Availability

CoD is available based on:

  • Courier partner’s CoD service in your area
  • Order value within acceptable cash limits

Returns & Pick-Up

Returns are easy!
To initiate a return, Contact Us and our team will guide you.

Note: The following are non-returnable:

  • Customized items
  • Fragile products
  • Bulk/heavy shipments (above 2kg)

If reverse pickup isn’t available, you may return the product via a third-party courier. In such cases, return shipping costs are covered by the seller.


Order Marked Delivered But Not Received?

If you receive a delivery confirmation via SMS/email but haven’t received your order:

  • Report the issue within 7 days for us to investigate and resolve it.


Order Status Tags Explained

Tag Meaning
In Stock Item is ready to ship; estimated delivery is based on your pin code.
Available Seller can procure the item once ordered; delivery time depends on procurement.
Preorder/Forthcoming Item can be pre-booked; ships after official release.
Out of Stock Not available; use “Notify Me” to get alerts.
Imported Item ships from outside India; delivery may take 10+ days.
Back in Stock Soon You can place an order; delivery based on seller’s timeline.
Temporarily Unavailable Currently out of stock; may be restocked soon.
Permanently Discontinued Product is no longer being manufactured or sold.
Out of Print No longer being published or available.

International Shipping

Currently, ShopTwiz delivers only within India.
You can shop from anywhere using cards issued in India and select international countries, but delivery must be to an Indian address.
